Coming up: Korea Grand Sale

Korea’s biggest shopping festival for foreign visitors, with discounts on flights, shopping and attractions, and a welcome center in Myeongdong. The last edition ran from 17 December 2025 to 22 February 2026. Dates for the next one haven’t been announced yet; we’ll add them here.

Free all year

Free palace entry in hanbok

Wear hanbok and you get in free at:

  • Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Changgyeonggung and Deoksugung palaces
  • Jongmyo Shrine
  • The royal tombs

You need the full outfit: a jeogori (jacket) with a hanbok skirt or trousers. A jeogori with jeans, or a T-shirt-style “hanbok”, doesn’t count. If you’re renting, ask the shop for a full outfit.

Discount passes

These attraction passes save money only if you’ll visit several paid sights in a short time:

Discover Seoul Pass Pick 3 ₩49,000; 72 hours ₩90,000; 120 hours ₩130,000 Comes with a free 5-day eSIM or a T-money card
Visit Busan Pass 24h, 48h, Big 3 or Big 5 (check prices on the official site) The physical card works as a transit card
