Contact

The best way to reach us is by email: hello@cityfluent.com. We read every message, and reports from travellers are one of the main ways we keep our guides accurate.

Reporting something out of date

Prices, timetables and rules in Korea change regularly. If something on a page didn't match what you found, please tell us. It helps a lot if you include:

We check every report against official sources before changing a page, then update the "last checked" date. We correct mistakes openly: if a fact on a page was wrong, we fix it rather than quietly removing it.

Problems with the Travel Kit

If a helper isn't working, tell us which one, what you expected to happen, and which phone or browser you were using. The Travel Kit runs in your browser and saves information only on your device, so we can't see what you entered. Please don't send passport numbers or other personal details.

Suggestions and partnerships

Ideas for new guides or helpers are welcome. For partnership enquiries, please note that we only feature products and services we would recommend anyway, and that paid placement never changes our recommendations.

What we can't help with

We can't make bookings, give visa or legal advice, or help with emergencies. If you need urgent help in Korea, call 112(police) or 119 (fire and ambulance), or the Korea Travel Helpline on 1330. Seeemergency help for more numbers.
